| How can I make reservations with you? |
| Please contact us
through telephone or email to see if your wedding date is available.
If your date is free, we will hold it for you until we meet with you
in person at the office. We encourage all of our clients to set up a
meeting to see our portfolio and products before making a decision.

| What forms of payment do you accept? |
| We accept only cash or personal check for our services. |
| Is a deposit required? |
| Yes. We require a 25% deposit in order to hold a specific date for our services. |
| When is the full payment due? |
| The full payment must be made at least one week prior to the wedding date. |
| How will I see my pictures after the wedding? |
| Within seven days from the wedding, we will have all of your images viewable online. We will send you the private URL to you via email, and you can share that with your friends, family, etc. We will also have a DVD of all the original images, and have that mailed to you within two weeks. |
| Can I order prints from you? |
| Absolutely. We use a high-quality metallic paper for our prints. This looks especially good on black and white shots, as well as portraits. Please contact us for our pricing list if you are interested in ordering prints from us. |
| Do I own the copyright to images? |
| Yes. Once we receive your payment, the Bride and Groom obtains the copyright to all the images taken. We will not reprint, reproduce, or sell any of your pictures without explicit written permission. However, we do request the right to display select images as a sample of our work, and for the portfolio on the website. |
| Is there a contract I need to sign? |

Yes. We have a short agreement that we
ask our clients to sign before we perform any services. You can view

| What locations will you travel to? |
| Our business is located in Kernersville, North Carolina, but we are very flexible as to where we can provide service. Please contact us with your interested location for more information. |
| What about travel expenses? |
|
We will travel for free to any location
in these counties: Forsyth, Guilford, & Davidson. If the wedding takes
place in another county, we charge 50 cents per mile traveled. If the
wedding location is more than 150 miles from Kernersville, we will
also charge $100 for hotel accommodations.
